Session Timetable
My Forever Family NSW, in conjunction with the Department of Communities and Justice, is pleased to deliver cost-subsidised Shared Lives online training for agencies to offer their prospective carers, who are ready to progress to this stage of the authorisation process.
This Shared Lives online training service is delivered by My Forever Family NSW for permanency support providers in NSW.
If you are an agency registering potential carers, please confirm with them before the commencement of the training that they have a computer or tablet to access the Zoom meeting platform and they are able to navigate the online learning platform.
An invoice will be sent to the agency for payment prior to the start date of the training.
Each training session is limited to 12 participants. Due to high demand, cancellations are only accepted up to 7 days before your scheduled training. This allows us to offer the spot to a potential carer on the waitlist. It is acceptable for agencies to transfer the registration to another potential carer.
Please cancel using the link in the confirmation email, or by phoning us on 1300 782 975. Any cancellations made within 7 days of the training start date require full payment, unless the registration is transferred to another potential carer.
