Lisa has worked in leadership roles for 30 years with diverse, complex NGOs, the public sector and community-based organisations delivering evidence-based services to the community.

Currently the Chief Executive Officer at OzChild, Lisa is a strong advocate for using ‘multiple sources of evidence, that demonstrate what works’ for children, young people and families facing vulnerabilities, leading the introduction of multiple evidence-based models across several jurisdictions. Lisa calls for a continued focus and investment into evidence-based programs both in early intervention and in the care system and is a staunch advocate for Children’s rights.

Lisa is very passionate about Evidence-Based Leadership which she teaches regularly and is an Adjunct Professor.
