Keynote presentations: Throughout the day we will come together to hear from experienced leaders who are paving the way forward for women’s leadership.

Focus sessions: In this session we are showcasing a variety of perspectives on issues that really matter to us. Each speaker will present, one after another, on the same topic and will bring their diverse backgrounds, training and lived experience to the table.

Big Ideas Lab: Short presentations by leaders who intrigue us. They have been given free reign to present on a topic of their choice and challenge us to think differently about ourselves, our workplaces and the world.

Panel discussions: We bring together some of Australia’s most interesting speakers - and see where they lead us. The tone of our panel discussions are practical, evidence or experience based and accessible. We encourage a respectful but vigorous exchange of ideas.
