Mark is a Partner in EY’s Government and Public Sector practice and leads the firm’s Oceania Evaluation Practice Network. Mark is an economist and evaluator with over 15 years of experience as a professional advisory consultant. He is passionate about the use of traditional economic and evaluation methodologies to transform systems and achieve better outcomes for the most vulnerable people in our community. Mark has worked within child protection and out-of-home care systems for 20 years with a focus on permanency, and has led work for the Commonwealth, States and Territories under the National Framework for Protecting Australia’s Children.
