Noel has over 30 years’ experience in the health & human services sector in multiple jurisdictions. Noel has primarily worked in the delivery of services to children, young people, and families in both practice and leadership roles. Noel played a lead role in the creation of the Strong Families Safe Kids Advice and Referral Line, the front door to Tasmania’s Child Safety and family support services, and is passionate about service design meeting the needs of service users. Noel is committed to playing her part to ensure children and families have access to respectful, quality services. Noel has worked for Children, Youth and Families in Tasmania for 9 years and currently holds the role of Principal Practice Manager.
