Jacinda was the lead worker for Key Assets’ application as an OOHC Adoption Service. Jacinda has been employed by Key Assets since October 2012, supporting the establishment of Key Assets in NSW. Jacinda’s role at Key Assets includes the oversite of the recruitment, training and approval of carers, supporting the establishment of Key Assets’ Pathways to Stability program and leading Key Assets’ implementation of the Adoption service. Jacinda is a qualitifed Social Worker extensive experience working in the OOHC sector for 20years including the management of a family group home service, worked with young people in semi-independent accommodation and in early intervention where young people were at risk of homelessness. Jacinda is the Co-Chair for the Sydney Carer Reference Group (CRG), the treasurer for the COAPC committee (NSW Committee on Adoption and Permanent Care) and on the Coeliac Australia Advisory committee. Jacinda is passionate about finding great carers, providing carers with the right support and believes good in decision making with regard to permanency.
