Michelle Roberts and her husband Stewart became carers of a sibling group of 3 – all under the age of two and a half – in 2010, and their adoption was formalised through Barnardos Find A Family in 2012. Michelle is passionate about advocating for permanency for children in care and regularly speaks with prospective carers at information sessions about their journey to encourage others to become foster carers and adoptive parents.
